Heart & Womb Birth Bodywork/Massage
Heart & Womb Birth Bodywork/Massage
A session of birth bodywork will address the changes in your body during pregnancy, as well as your baby, helping to restore balance and make your labor journey easier. Each session will be tailored to meet your specific needs at this time.
The heart and womb are the center of my work. I focus on the layers of the belly and the connection to your baby, guiding our discussions and practice techniques. Balancing the heart and womb leads to overall body balance.
Common areas of focus include:
- SI joint pain
- Growing pains
- Lower back pain
- Heartburn and difficulty breathing
- Anxiety and fear
- Postnatal challenges
Each session aims to empower your body to support you, promoting ease and comfort while creating space and balance. This enables you to connect with your baby, leaving you feeling relaxed and vibrant.
Praise for Ronit April Varga
“I had a prenatal massage from Ronit at 38.5 weeks. She has an extra level of skill and knowledge with prenatal body work than anyone else I’ve seen this pregnancy. Other prenatal massages have typically been regular massage techniques with the addition of pillows for support. But Ronit’s approach targeted specific areas of my body that have been under stress and in pain due to pregnancy. She showed me some stretch techniques to continue feeling better. She helped me become aware of how my baby’s specific positioning is affecting my body. It was also a very relaxing treatment which I really appreciated. Ronit is also my doula, and I’m looking forward to having her expertise at my delivery soon!"
