Book a Consult with Ronit

My birth doula package includes:

  • A consultation: We'll be able to meet for a 30-60 minute complimentary consultation to connect, discuss our practice and approach in greater detail, and explore how we can best meet your needs.

  • Birth preferences prenatal(s): To discuss your birth options, cover evidence birth info, and finalize a birth plan.

  • Comfort Measures Workshop: To learn about movement, optimal fetal positioning, touch/massage, counterpressure, water therapy, aromatherapy, labor positioning recommendations, TENS UNIT, and tools and resources for family members to confidently support during labor.

  • Due Date Massage: A prenatal massage to get you calm and relaxed before labor. 

  • Informational Support: I will provide special attention and educational support during pregnancy and practice comfort measures in labor to help you best prepare for birth. 

  • Labor support: During labor, I advocate for you, facilitate communication with the medical staff, and provide constant emotional and physical support, so your birth can be enjoyed and always remembered as a loving and transforming experience. I use the Spinning Babies approach for delivery. 

  • Baby’s First Feeding Support: As soon as your baby is born, I will assist you in the immediate postpartum (1-2 hours after birth) and support your initial breastfeeding. 

  • Phone, text, videos, and email support throughout your pregnancy.

  • Community Referrals: If you need more specific care, I will be sure to refer you to local resources in the community. 

  • Birth Photos: Capturing the magic of your labor journey is one of my greatest joys. When I’m not actively supporting you, I’ll often pick up my camera to document those real, raw, and beautiful moments that unfold naturally.

  • 1- 4 hour postpartum follow-up visit: During this visit, we will discuss healing after birth, nursing,  and how to care for your baby. I will answer questions and concerns, practice baby swaddling, change diapers, crib safety, or rock your baby so you can sleep if needed. Extra postpartum visits are available at an additional cost as needed.

  • Tens Unit: I will supply you with a loaner tens unit for your use.
